In this Tuscan garden atmosphere cook and aesthete Philippe Chavent cultivates the related traditions of silk and gastronomy. Within these three buildings of the 15th to 18th centuries, culinary and architectural features unite. In a former chapel, under a glass and steel roof, Philippe Chavent innovatively combines nouvelle and classic cuisine with the fruits of his journeys.
